Few things to share.. ♥

Let start this post with another cutie from my felt Sinterklaas collection that i'm making.

Here are the letters with little faces on them!!

It needed to be wouden head's, but i don't like those, so I used woolballs...

Very much in love now..

I love the colors also..

It will get a wonderfull place in my heart shelf.

Then I've been making a few felt gifts and send them around.

This is the first I can show you

The reciever was very happy with it..

I like it so much. 

Next year I'm going to make al kinds of things for Autumn, this will be one of them

Last week I finshed a order, and deliverd it.

This is what I can show what I did with those 100 ribbons I talked about a while back.

I can tell you before it was finsihed I cut 250 RIBBONS.. ... ... ...  yes that much.

And now busy working on another order.

It's almost finished, just a few little things

This is what Im using

Í'm trying to finish it this week. 

But tomorrow I have the night shift again, so no carfting time, work at night, sleep during the day.... 

We will see.

Friday a daycare her in town celebrated his 10th anniversary.

I'm a member of the parents association, so agree to help.

This is what I was doing all afternoon 

Noah had the first turn.. he became Spiderman..

Kira went looking for other colors, for her purle butterfly face ( so sorry Valérie no pic) .. lol!!

They where having so much fun to come along too.

* ♥ Felt in a frame ♥ *

I have still so much to show you.

So making posts with one Sinterklaas craft and one other craft.

Today felt in a frame..

Sinterklaas always has his horse with him.

We call him Americo, such a beautifull white horse.

The planning for my side window is the cuddle pete's I made last year, with a still to make cuddle Sint, but also a Americo..

I love this pattern for years, so finally made it

 ♥ * ♥

 Nia used these frames for her beautifull Gorjuss stitching pieces.

From the first moment I saw them on her blog I was in love and thin of this pattern
( and more)

It was a very fun job to make this.. 

Kids like it so much!!

Today a sweet colleague of mine is turning 55 years.

And tonight I have the change of working with her

She is crazy for elephants and cuddles..

Let the frame designer also have a elephant piece in a frame.

Got my needles and thread and made it.

 I put a white/pink fabric as backing.. I love how it turnes out!!

I really hope she will like it too

Two beautifull frames.

Between all teh rain rain rain rain.. today we have a sunny day.. 

so now I'm going outside, before the time is up and I have to work again!!

My boat.

♥ Thank you all for your wonderfull words on my last post ♥

I promissed you pictures of my boat for Sinterklaas for weeks

In the meanwhile I finished the boat.

I made a lot of pictures of it...... beware.

 I put my table the other way, so I could move my craft and we could eat easely.. 

Now it back by normal.. lol..

So I sat every morning when kids where at school and every evening while kids where in bed

 The beginning. cutting bottom and deck

After handsewing the bottom and deck

Making both sides..
Everything is 2 layers for woolfelt with cardboard in between

 Cute and made the portholes

 Put the linchpen in them

 The text on the boat, this is how it is called  : Giftsboat 12

 Here you can see the sizes together

 The mast with the robes so Pete's can climb in them and chimney are on it..

 Then making the railing

 And Noah with the boat with a bit of basic crew, none of them are finished

The boat is a construction kit..

I will show that now

 Here you can see the chambers in the boat..

You can make the office and bed of Sinterklaas, a room where the horse can sleep.

But fo now I;m not maing that..

 The deck lyes on top of the chamber 'walls'.

 The mast with flag garland

 Also the wheelhouse with his rescue band are on it

AND TADAAAAA the boat is done!!!

It was a big project.. but I loved making it..

In the meanwhile I made a lot of other things and crew for Sinterklaas..

More of that in the next posts..

Rest In Peace

As you all have seen a few posts back we all over the world made a chain of blogfriend who are thinking of Cathey in her fight to cancer.
Last night I got a email from her best friend Katie that yesterday she has passed away.

Dear Cathey, may you rest in peace.
You fight is over...

My thought are with her sweet Junoir and DH.
And all the other family and friends

Today is the birthday of Karina.

Happy Birthday, hope you had a wonderfull day.

Karina is a big fan of the Fall, the colors, it all.

She also loves pumpkins..

So I made her a little gift

BTW, did I tell you I was 13 day's off from work... CRAFTING TIME!!
( it worked with the boat already the day's off, it's finished)

Also MIL is staying here for a few days.
Kids are happy, they are going trow the roof.. lol =))))))
