Thank you all for the lovely comments about our Belgium trip.
Now it's time for some craft updates
I told you I brought some crafts with me to Turkey, I took a felt-project, crochet-project and a stitch project.:-)
As blond as I was, I forgot a crochet hook, and the threads for my felt-project.....hihihi. ;))))
But I did took everything for my crochet project with me.
And that project was my pink owl.
This is how it loked like when I got home
You can see it together with the one from Noah.
Because I had so many project with me I didn't had to much thread with me, so here I needed to spot.
Also a few where totally gone from my stash, so needed to order new ones...
When I got a little time, I did some stitches..
Here a update how it now is looking :D
I can't wait to see it finished!! =))))))
Then a little project in between for the summer.
In a July stamp from Lizzie Kate was a strawberrie to see.
It was to much work to stitch the whole part for now,
So only used the strawberries.
I finished them off in little hearts.
I'm not that glad with the left one, the strawberrie isn't in the middle, but the right one I love..
A few weeks back they sold a beautifull white ????? (no idea how you call it in English).
Look at it..
My July summer theme is strawberrie.
There are some lovely gifts in it, it's still very empty... next year hope to have more.
For now this is the way it stays.. I love it...
Thank you al so much friends.... huggggssss.
Then CUTENESS OVERLOAD...
Are you ready????????????????
Here it comes!!!!!!!!!!!

Aren't they cute???
I love them so much

Je uil schiet al lekker op. Zijn dat de aardbeitjes die ik ook gemaakt heb?
Knuf voor de kids, volgende keer foto van wat ze geprikt hebben....
wow...that's lovely..kids are looking too cute
I like new stitchers generation!!!
liefs,
Olga
I love your owl and your hearts are lovely!
I like the case with all your strawberry things in too.
Your children are so sweet - I hope they go on to become great stitchers!
How annoying to forget the hook! Luckily, no shortage of crafty things to do. The owl is going to be so cute and I like your strawberry hearts.
There are probably multiple terms for your wooden heart display, but I've always called that a knick knack shelf (silent "k"). Google it and lots of similar things come up. I've never seen a heart shaped one. It will be filled in no time I suspect!
Oh, that picture of the kids stitching is the cutest, Annette!! Think it should be your next header photo :)
I've done the same thing when I go away--bring everything for a project except the needle!! Where is my mind?? Glad you were at least able to work on one project--the pink owl is looking very cute as are your strawberry hearts... They really look nice on your heart-shaped shelf!
Hope the kids keep up with their stitching--that could keep them entertained for a long time (while you craft, too!)...
heel erg mooi allemaal annette.
Ben altijd verwonderd van wat je allemaal maakt.

Hahahhaahah I just laughed so much right now! I had to explain to Rui why I was laughing alone like a crazy girl :p "blonde as I was" LOOOOLLL :D usually blondes don't say that hehehheeheh
Good thing that you took 3 things with you! You forgot an item for 2 but you still had a third one ;) hehehehehe
That pink owl will look so adorable!! The blue one is also very cute but pink.. It's pink! :) hehehehehe
I tried to sew a hearted shaped fabric but.. Failed :p i used fabric for the outside and another layer of fabric for the inside, i think that was the problem, small heart and too much fabric :p really bad when i started to turn it hehehehehe i have to try doing it again!
Such a lovely heart shaped shelf :) i have no idea what's the correct name in english either :p here we just call it a heart shelf! :) hehehehehe yours is lovely! :)
Ohhh I've seen that pic before ;) cuteness overload!!! :D
have a great weekend sweetie!! :D hugs to you!!!
I always manage to make a comment as big as your post!! Hahahahahahah
the strawberry-hearts are cute! The owl is looking good too; and your kids are sooo cute. How sweet they want to stitch, J. just pulls out the needles en puts them straight in the fabric (or mom) for play.
That owl is just SOOOO cute! The strawberries look cute. How about adding a bow below the strawberry that isn't centered?
Love your heart shape shelf. Great!!
Cute pic of the kids stitching.
Very good progress on the Owl and those strawberries are such cuties.
Love your shelf :) and the owl and the strawberries too :)
Thank you for popping by today!
