Father's day and the start of summer

Hi all,

Today is the start of Summer!!!

Who doens't love Olaf??

Lets hope the summer weather soon will come, we are having grey/windy/rainy days..

But the sweet weather people told us summer weather will come, so let's hope so.

Today it's Father's day in the Netherlands

Hubby is spoiled!!

I made a lovely breakfast on bed, and a yummy lunch at the diner-table.

He loved his presents.

Kira learned a song at school, I got also a song from her at Mother's day.

It's so fun to see what they all make

Then I showed you a piece I was making for Kira.

It's a cute little horse.

After a few hours we found the name, so let me introduce to you::

Kiara Luna 

( it are Kira's first 2 names)

 I finished it late late at night

 Next morning I told Kira to go down stairs, I hear a few minutes later a loud shout.. Kira found her horse, hihih =))

Already busy playing with it ♥

 A day later we had such lovely weather

 She enjoyed it very much

Even a lying pose!

I can tell you Kira is very very happy with it, she asked for 3 more..hihi ;)

The did also some squares on Noah's piece

His head is finished!!.

And as some of you guessed it right.

It's R2-D2.

I only bought the wrong black yarn, need to go back to the store for new one.

So soon I can crochet more on this lovely piece..

Will I finish it before Noah's birthday on September???

 Kira has learned from a classmate to draw Unicorns, Now see only draw's unicorns

 A pic from last week we had lovely weather, kids wanted to go on there step to school.

 And here Kira draw our family in unicorns, above Kira and me in pink and purple and below Hubby and Noah in blue.

She has Minnie Mouse scotch tape and use it to put them on our bedroom door..

Isn't that cute.

I made twice this lovely dessert this week.

Banana- Caramel ice-cream, strawberries and cherries, whipe-cream, and choco pieces.

yum yum yummy.

No garden pic's this time, forgot to take some.. hope this week the sun will come back, my hydrangeas are getting in to bloom, so beautifull.

Also my veggie-garden is doing a great job in growing too..

What have I been doing all??

Hello,

I need to confess.

I'm hooked on crochet, and also on watching series.

And the best part I can do them both at the same time :O. =)))))

Between work, taking courses, kids, cleaning and doing the garden I try to relax with my crochet hook and watching a serie.

Ow My.. there are so many great Series. I now need to wait on new episodes on 4 series, and now watching a simple Disney Serie called Jessie just too see and hear something while i'm crochting..

And as I watch them on my laptop, It's hard to put it out to look at my blog, or other blogs.. hihi..

Bad bad bad me...  :(

But as always with my after a while I get tired so here I am.. hihi.

In my last post I showd you I was starting a big project fo Noah.

Two weeks ago we went away for the weekend.

We went to a parc in Belgium, not far from here.

Noah even called it the best vacation for ever.. and that only because they had a wild water slide.. hihi

We had a great time, it was lovely to get out with the four of us. We done great things, bowling, ride a family bike, walking etc etc..

It was short but a great weekend!!

Later that week we still had great weather, so after school, I took the kids to the dike for a picknick

I always love to ride or bikes to the dike, It's not far from home, and we can see boats, animals and the port of Antwerp.. so great.

sitting on the rocks in the water to have a drink and a cookie.. kids love it.

This last week in town was organised a four-day hike. it's every year.

When I was little I alway sign in.

Now it was the first time in years I signed in and for teh kis the very first time.

4 evening you walk 5 km.

I can't tell you how tired the kids are.

And the last evening you will get a medal

Kids really did a awesome job.

4 and 6 year old, and walked a total of 20 km in 4 evenings.. #proudmommy ;)

So this weekend we are having a lazy-rest weekend.

As we had the four-day hike, dancing class, Judo, swim-class.. and crazy mommy went with the kids to the IKEA yesterday to buy some things for Noah's room.

The pixelblanket of noah is doing much the same, so between it I also started on a little project for Kira.

And I found a bird nest in the pink clematis. It has been a while that I have seen the blackbird fly in, really hope it will come back

Weeks/days go by, somethings I think at the end of a day, what did I do today?? 

At the moment I'm totally hooked on a serie Once Upon a Time, it's about fairytales coming to life. Awesome how they do it with  all the different fairytales.. and with magic they do a lot.

Would it work on my laundry, house-cleaing??

A girl can dream right?? =))

Back to some crafting!!

I don't think I have talked about it here but I wanne change Noah his room in to a Starwars room.!!

And I wanne try and craft the most projects..

My first project is the 'Death Star'.

What is now finished.

It's not easy with filling to get it beautifull round, but no world is I think.. hihihi

I like it very much, and Noah loves it. Soon we will hang it in his room.

And I started a new crochet project too. a big projects.. and as some of you know.. I'm not good with big projects, I get tired to soon of it.. but I hope you will all help me finish it.. to so the smile on Noah's face

Last weekend it was Mothersday.

And I was so much suprised

Kids made me beautifull tissue boxes on school. 

With hubby they made me breakfast ( don't eat much in the morning, but that morning I eat for two.. lol) Kira was standing next to me, mommy eat, now this, and now that.

Hubby knows I only like Kids make me things, not buying things.. but not always he listen to me, so he let the post send me that big box... and when I opend it, a beautifull card and flowers where there.. so perfectly... so sweet.. (love you sweetie). And now two weeks later they are still pretty.. so I think it where very special flowers.. hihi

You all now I'm a bit crazy right??

At school for celebrating the birthdays of the teachers they organized a foxhound.

And silly me..

Togheter with other moms we dressed up as different foxes, and the ids needed to look for us.. It was so fun.. You needed too see the people look at me... hihihihi

Last week we had the birthday of my godchild, and I was in a crafty mood, so with Kira we looked on Pinterest to see a lovely hairdo, and I started.

She played with the camera, but her hair was so cute

So with braided hair we both went to the party!

With different weather day's we did different things.

 The playground across the street has also a field where kids can run, and as above fly a kite

Play games, eat in the garden on sunny days ( we didn't had much), bake.. etc etc.

And I worked in the garden

 It's growing so much!

And my lovely veggie-hurbs garden.. and above it the bee/hotel with hs first visitor.. hihi

It´s  a long post again, so time to stop.

I need to make some lunch now.
