A few weeks ago I was thining off making the easter decoration myself. So when on a hunt of nice things and saw some lovely things.
Here are some easter egg I've made from here:Only I'm not pleased with the end result, a while back I saw a way to stich the last piece by hand where you don't see the thread.
This is a picture I found yesterday of it.
Everybody finish there thing so nice, but mine won't....
Anyone know how I can finish it, and it looks beautifull???
I found a few lovely chicken tutorials.
This is the first I have made from hetti's weblog. There isn't enough stuffing in them, I need to close them en give them eye's .
I also started another chicken but miss a color of felt, so when I have it finished I show the lovely one.. I can blab it's a cuti pie!!!
Noah is growing so fast, he can talk now... It's so cute to listen to. He can say apple (appel in Dutch), car (auto), sit(zitten), eat (eten).
And he calls Bumba, Bimba....
This afternoon I whent with Noah too a playground nearby, he loved it (just like last time).. sitting on the seesaw, sliding off the slide 10 times on a row, and he climbed on it all ....
Tomorrow is a busy day for my, in the morning I'm going to a funeral of a close person, then while Noah is sleeping to physiotherapy, then we are going to visit friends that has been on vacation for 2 months and in the evening I'm going with a few colleagues out to diner and to the movie Valentine's Day...yummy Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane... yes I love Grey's Antomy....
Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment, I love to read them....
Till next time.
I think your finishes look just fine. We are always our own worst critics. But packed in stuffing and really small stitches will help also on those little stuffed things.
And I'm hooked on McDreamy and McSteamy too!
You have made a very good progress on the horses!
It sounds like you have a very busy day tomorrow. Sterkte!
Beautiful work, and you made a very nice progress, No. 4 horse is easily visible!
Love the horses - and all your finishing looks great to me!
Awesome progress on the horses! They look great!
Practise, practise, practise on the finishing. The more you do the better it looks. You should have seen the first pillow I did...the hand-stitched part looked like a child did it. Of course, I took my photo of it in a way you couldn't see that bit, ROFLOL!!!
