Today was the last day of Carnaval, and we went again.

Carnaval costumes

Most of the people living in the south of the Netherlands are celebrating Carnaval at this moment.

In the village that I live, not much, but we celebrate a bit.. 

At Noah and Kira school, they do celebrate it.

So mommy made costumes!!!!

My little Hello Kitty and Super Mario.

The dress and trouser where made out of felt, the hat and kitty head band out of fleece.

Mommy helped with Kira on school, so also a costume, but not selfmade, wore it last year too.

Note to myself... never make Noah a costume out off felt again.

On Saterday we went to the big city..

Kira tryed to start sewing too.. but first you need to cut..

A month of ♥ LOVE ♥

The month of love..

Everybody celebrating Velentine's Day???

......Not here.....

A matter of fact I need to work in the evening.. so no romantic diner...lol

When I was younger (I'm old now...hihi)  I loved it, but now, 

I think they use it so people can spend extra money..

I love to get flowers every day, not only on Valentine's Day =))))

For me every day is Valentine's Day..

So sweet............ my little borther has a girlfriend since a few months, who are going for a diner, 

and he will buy her roses................ so sweet..

When your just dating it's so cute

But the month of love can also be for blogger..

I made two beautifull Felted (again yes) dolls.

The one on the left was send as a birthday gift in the end of January to Olga, and the other one was send last week to Saskia, to give her many love in her time rehabilitation.

I'm just done behind my sewing machine..

February already???

It's already the 3th day of February????

What is time still going fast.

We all besides Kira have been ill.

Noah and I only have some Asthma problems, but besides that where feeling much better then last week.

Only haven't been crafting, but still have enough to show from last month.

In the end of January, my niece had her first birthday.

I made her a garland

Also started two Lizzie Kate stitch pieces and finished them.

I only have on very bad pic off them, wanne try and finish them off this week

As I said a very bad pic.

But you can see what I made!

I just decided how to finish them off.. hope it will be pretty.

Then they can in my February heart shelf

last day of January---> my goals

I can tell you I finished all my goals for this month and more

First my goals for January:

*Finish the doll or Kira with 1 set of clothing and maybe a PJ -> No PJ, but doll is finished

*Finish a January felted doll -> Yep

*Make a snowdropn -> Yep

*Get fabric's for my SAL's -> Ordered, bought and recieved

* Start a Valentine piece stitch, crochet or felt -> made 4 pieces lol

I'm proud of my self

Here you can see my beautifull heart shape with a few of the January decorations:

it was so empty, I put some other things in it!!

Then for Fabruary my goals:

* Have two February piecs for my heart shape -> already finished =)))

* Make February Piece from Mieke Stender

* Start on HMSAL

* Start a stitch piece for Noah

* Start a stitch piece fro Kira
* Start a stitch piece for myself.

So that will keep me busy.

Still many things too show you, have been very busy crafting

watch out for my post... there is cuteness overload coming.. ♥ ♥

Noah has got a fever for a few day's, finally he was better and now he back sick with Asthma.
Poor boy.
On the above pic they are in bed watching a movie, eating chips, because they didn't wanted to drink.. hihi now they did.. lol.

The rest is from playing with clay cookies dough. It's special clay douch and after your done put them in the oven and you have cookies

The last pic is the cutest.

After we put Kira in too bed so comes done e few times.

Mostly will stay in teh hallway, this evening is was getting so quiet, and when we looked, she was sleeping on the floor...

Who isn't in love with snowdrops???

I love the cute little flowers

For this month I needed to make another snowdrop for my goals, I so wanted to make the other felted doll too.

So I did. ♥ ♥

This one is from a serie, who has a doll each month.

For the Dutch people this is a pattern from Mieke Stender and calls 'een heel jaar rond' (a whole year around).

Pirate flag and flower arranging

Thank you all for your sweet comments about Kira's birthday!

She is having so much fun at school.

The teachers says she is doing well... so great

♥Mom is happy and proud♥

For my nephew who had is birthday a long time ago, but we could not go, I have a gift on Kira's birthday.

I was feeling so bad he still didn't got something.

His mother asked about a pirate flag.

So I made him one.

His mother loved it... but he doesn't..

Poor boy.. I hope he was a bit overwelm't, and will like it.

Or they can use it as a cleaning fabric.. lol..

For my job I was asked to make something spring in a big basket who got with Christmas.

This is what I did with it all

Tis was made a few weeks ago.. at this moment in the big basket many are in bloom, and the two amaryllis at the side are much bigger..

I had some left so made some for in my home.

This morning we went iceskating.. first and last time this winter

We had so much fun, but today is such a cold cold day..

The kids where so cold, and mommy too.

After 15 minutes we went home again..

Today it has been snowing all today.

Tomorrow we will get rain and it will get warm.. 

so bye bye snow ;((((

I'm going to enjoy the sight of the beautifull white snow..
